La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pasadena

Had to book a room last minute due to our AC going out, this Texas summer heat is killing folks. With small small childrentheres just no playingbwith this heat. We knew where to go for the night We arrived around 7pm check in was quick, got the kids some dinner and settled into our room quickly. Showers then bed time! About 10:30pm the folks above us started stomping around and what sounded like multiple children jumping off the beds into the floor. I had to call down the front desk to let them know around 11pm, after they had woke my kids up. Things settled down and kids were able to go back to sleep quickly. As a mom of multiple children I understand Kids don't get people are trying to sleep around them, and i hated to complain, but when it started up after midnight, i complained with no comcern. Check out was quick, the clerk was setting up breakfast, although we left before breakfast started This is were we go when we need a quick clean, safe, stay!

Now I know why the room fee was so cheap . Paid $60 . The rooms were filthy . The toilet did not flush . The bathroom door was rusted and like someone punched it . There was hair on the Tub . Don't get me started w the breakfast . No effort to have clients return . We usually visit the Deerpark la Quinta . I would recommend 100 times over this hotel or motel . Location is horrible . People walking around the area . Front desk was in her cell every time we passed . Did not greet at all . No comparison w the la Quinta Deerpark. For 13 more dollars u get way better rooms and service .

Hallways smelled like urine, from people letting their pets do their thing. One washing machine, dryer and ice machine for the whole place. Used to have them on every floor. People running around with open beer, no shirts or shoes, and the desk clerk not saying a word to them. She was very hard to understand; Heavy African accent. This place makes Palace Inn look good.

The front desk staff was extremely rude and not accommodating, refused to check me in once I prepaid through booking site and refused to call to higher for help while hanging up in everyone’s face and being passive aggressive. I lost $303, was late to work after dealing with this for over 2 hours, and ended up having to spend over $200 more just for one night since I had no time to try anywhere else. Front desk agent the next morning also had an attitude was rolling her eyes with attitude not even trying to hear me ask about paying for late check out considering everything. So now I’m out unexpectedly hundreds for this type of service. I will never stay at La Quinta and will tell all my business associates the same due to this treatment

Absolutely one of the worst hotels I have stayed. We reserved two nights, one before a cruise and another the night after the same cruise. We reserved a king suite for both nights. The first night the room was poorly maintained. Examples of this include linens for the pull out couch were not in the room and there we no pillows for the bed. Additional problems included the cleanliness of the room and housekeeping left tissue container in the bathroom was empty. After the cruise, we received a phone call telling us that the reservation was going to be cancelled because the air conditioner was broken. I asked where they were trying to move us to, and they said they were not going to help. I asked to talk to a manager; no on was on duty. For a second visit I asked for a manager to call me back. Here it is, two weeks later, and no one has called. Very troubled by the fact the management at the property appears to not care about problems over the weekend. If I could give less than one star I would;

DO NOT DOOOO NOTTT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE Rooms are very filthy Extremly horrible smell Entrance the couches the have they are all ripped Do not trust this pictures, the rooms are not the way they look. Me and my wife checked in and we got to our room it had terrible smell Sheets were wet and humid Carpets very bad and dust Towels are super dirty We didn't even stay the night there We booked another hotel that same day.
